To enable scripting in Internet Explorer (IE) for Windows XP:
1. On the IE menu bar, choose Tools, then Internet Options.
2. Click the "Security" tab
3. Click the "Custom Level" button.
4. Scroll down the list to "Active scripting" near the bottom
5. Click "Enable"
4. Click the OK buttons to save your new setting.
